PRICE SERVICE STATIONS LIMITEDAn adjourned Meeting of unsecured Creditors has been reconvened by the Joint Administrative Receivers of the above-mentioned Company, pursuant to section 48(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of presenting to that Meeting a copy of the report prepared by the Administrative Receivers under section 48(1) of the said Act and for the purpose, should the Creditors think fit, to establish a Committee of Creditors under the provisions of section 49 of the said Act. The Meeting will be held at Iveco Ford House, Station House, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 1TG, on 9th July 1998, at 10.30 a.m. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting. A Creditor will only be entitled to vote at the Creditors’ Meeting if he has given to the Receivers, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the day fixed for the Meeting, details in writing of the debt that he claims to be due to him from the Company, and the claim has been duly admitted under the provisions of the Insolvency Rules, and there has been lodged with the Administrative Receivers, Baker Tilly, Iveco Ford House, Station Road, Watford WD1 1TG, any proxy which the Creditor intends to be used on his behalf.     By Order of the Board.
