Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Elizabeth Jean Durn (“the Continuing Partner”) and Judith Mary Groves, carrying on business as Farmers at Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire under the style or firm name of “RED HOUSE FARM” has been dissolved as from 2nd February 1998, so far as concerns Judith Mary Groves who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the continuing partner who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of “Red House Farm.”
