Notice is hereby given that with effect from 30th June 1998, Jeremy Daniel Banks will cease to be a partner in the firm of A. BANKS & CO., Solicitors, of 60 Cheapside, London EC2V 6JS and Scammell House, 9-12 High Street, Ascot, Berkshire SL5 7JF. From 1st July 1998, the remaining partners in the firm, Charles David Banks and Niall Clifford Kelly, will be joined in Partnership by Harold Raphael Shupak and they will practise from the same addresses under the name of BANKS SHUPAK KELLY. 30th June 1998.
