Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that Moor Park Golf Club Ltd., of Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 28/39/28/534 to abstract water from National Grid Reference TQ 0767 9300.   The variation being applied for is to increase the abstraction annually to 25 cubic metres per hour, 600 cubic metres per day, 100,000 cubic metres per year.   A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at Moor Park Golf Club between 30th June 1998 and 30th July 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Water Resources Officer, North East Area Office, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop’s Square Business Park, St. Albans Road West, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9EX, before the end of the said period.
