At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at 49 Mill Street, Bedford MK40 3LB, on 12th June 1998, at 8.30 a.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael James Scott, of Grant Thornton, 49 Mill Street, Bedford MK40 3LB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” J.
