Take notice that Birmingham City Council, being the Highway Authority for the City of Birmingham, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Victoria Law Courts, Birmingham, on 24th July 1998, at 10 a.m., for an Order that the highway known as Trehurst Avenue, Perry Beeches, Birmingham, commencing at a point 35 metres or thereabouts north-west of its junction with Beeches Road and having a length of 235 metres or thereabouts, be authorised to be stopped-up on the ground that it is unnecessary.   The effect of the said Order is shown in the plan which may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Council’s Legal Services Department, Ingleby House, 11-14 Cannon Street, Birmingham B2 5EN, on weekdays during normal office hours.
