As at 13th June 1998, Michelle Crisp resigned from the partnership between herself and Andrew Latimer under the style of MAYFIELDS CAFE DU VIN, at Eldon Chambers, Wheelergate, Nottingham. As from 14th June 1998 Andrew Latimer will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of Mayfields Cafe du Vin.
