DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937

Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has made the Diseases of Fish (Designated Areas) (England) (Variation) Order 1998.   The Order deletes Townland Pond, Barrow Green Farm, Barrow Green Road, Oxted, Surry, and The Square Lake and the Main Lake, west of Wharf Road, The Warren, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, from the Diseases of Fish (Designated Areas) (England) (No. 7) Order 1995.   The Order came into force on 9th June 1998.   Copies of the Order are available, free of charge, from Fisheries II Division “A”, Aquaculture, Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries, Room 308, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Nobel House, 17 Smith Square, London SW1P 3JR.
