Notice of cancellation pursuant to section 16 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965

Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to the above-mentioned section, this day cancelled the registration of ALDERWOOD (CANTERBURY) HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED (Register No. 17864 R), the registered office of which is at 127 High Street, Hythe, Kent CT21 5LB, at its request. The Society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
