Notice of Disclaimer under section 656 of the Companies Act 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of James Watts Transport (Southwark) Limited (No. 00772234) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 when the Company was dissolved on 9th September 1997, pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises demised by a lease dated 27th September 1974 and made between Westminster Bunting Limited (1), Bookwise Service Limited (2), and Websters Publications Limited (3), situated at Plot 217A Industrial and Warehousing Estate, Westfield Street, Woolwich, London S.E.18, as the same is registered at the Telford District Land Registry with Title Absolute under Title No. SGL188837, the vesting of premises having come to his notice on 31st March 1998.
