In order to formally establish the claims of Creditors against the Company notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 12th June 1998, to send in writing their name and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to Patrick Michael Boyden and Robert William Birchall, of Cork Gully, Hill House, Richmond Hill, Bournemouth BH2 6HR, the Joint Liquidators of the said Company. If so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidators, such Creditors, either personally or by their Solicitors shall attend at such time and place as shall be specified by the Joint Liquidators to prove their debts and claims. In default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. A proof of debt is a document stating the amount of the Creditor’s claims and (subject to Rule 4.76 of the Insolvency Rules 1986) may be in any form. P. M. Boyden,ER. W.
