Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Tranter Lowe, Bank House, 66 High Street, Dawley, Telford, Shropshire TF4 2HD, on Tuesday, 26th May 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the year ended 28th February 1997, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at either of the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Tranter Lowe, 66 High Street, Dawley, Telford, Shropshire TF4 2HD, not later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the Meeting.
