Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that:
| (i) | with effect from 1 June 1998, Aralon Resources and Investment Co. Limited, of PO Box 707, West Bay Road, Grand Cayman, British West Indies, became a limited partner in the Partnership; |
| (ii) | with effect from 31st October 1988 Mellon Bank N.A., of Mellon Bank Center, 500 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, P.A. 15258-0001, USA, as Trustee of the Bell Atlantic Master Pension Trust, become a limited partner in the Partnership; and |
| (iii) | with effect from 10 February 1989 Advent Nominees Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. |
