At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Crown Hotel, Crown Place, Harrogate, on 25th March 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, conditional upon and taking effect immediately after the discharge of the Administration Order dated 4th September 1997, and that Matthew Colin Bowker, of Jacksons Insolvency Practitioners, 75 Kingsway, Rochdale OL16 5HN, be appointed Liquidator of the Company conditional upon the discharge of the Administration Order dated 4th September 1997.” D.
