Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, the entire interests of NYK International PLC, of 1 King Edward Street, London EC1A 7NY, held in respect of that Company’s position as one of the Limited Partners in Charterhouse Capital Parnters V LP No. 1, a Limited Partnership registered in England with No. LP4661, were assigned by a Deed of Assignment dated 26th March 1998, in favour of Charterhouse Development Limited, of 85 Watling Street, London EC4M 9BX.
