Notice of application for consent for the purposes of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Environment Act 1995), that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Yorkshire Water Services Ltd., 2 The Embankment, Sovereign Street, Leeds LS1 4BG, for a consent to discharge storm sewage and sewage in an emergency from Bent Lane Sewage Pumping Station into the River Doe Lea at SK 4450 7523 from Bent Lane Sewage Pumping Station, Staveley, Chesterfield.   Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, North East Region, Phoenix House, Global Avenue, Leeds LS11 8PG, for the attention of Darryl Toothill, not later than 27th May 1998.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency offices at Bramworth Road, Hexthorpe, Doncaster DN4 0HZ, on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. up to 27th May 1998.
