Notice of applications for consent in pursuance of section 88 and Schedule 10

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 88 and Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency (Southern Region) by Southern Water Services Ltd., for consent to discharge sewage effluent under storm and emergency conditions from Domewood Pumping Station, Copthorne, West Sussex, to The Felbridge Water at National Grid Reference TQ 3501 4001.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application, should do so in writing to the Area Environment Planning Manager, Environment Agency, Orchard House, Endeavour Park, London Road, Addington, West Malling, Kent ME19 5SH, not later than 21st May 1998, quoting application A813/K/98.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address and also at the offices of the Environment Agency, Medway House, Powdermill Lane, Leigh, Tonbridge, Kent TN11 9AS, at all reasonable hours.
