Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at East Layton Hall, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL11 7PQ, on Friday, 8th May 1998, at 10 a.m. precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members, and to receive the report of the Joint Liquidators showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company, and of the Joint Liquidators, shall be disposed of.
