Notice of application for a licence to abstract water

Take notice that D. Goodwin & Sons, of Hill House Farm, Lindfield, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract water from Tunbridge Wells Sand Underground Stratum at National Grid Reference TQ 3490 2860, at Hill House Farm, Lindfield, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 2QY.
  The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates: 2.5 cubic metres per hour, 50 cubic metres per day, 19,000 cubic metres per year, all year and each year.
  The water will be used for agricultural purposes excluding spray irrigation.
  A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Hill House Farm, between 21st March and 17th April 1998.
  Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Ridgeworth House, 5 Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 1YH before the end of the said period.
