Royal County of Berkshire (Various Roads, Charvil, Twyford and Woodley) (40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the County Council of the Royal County of Berkshire has made an Order under sections 84(1) and (2) of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, details of which appeared in The London Gazette dated 28th November 1996, the issue number of which was 54593 (Ref. 518). The Order was cited in that notice as the Royal County of Berkshire (Various Roads, Charvil, Twyford and Woodley) (40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 1996. The effect of the Order is as described in that notice.   The Order was made on 16th March 1998 and will come into operation on 25th March 1998.   Copies of the Order, statement of reasons and relevant map, can be inspected, during the hours of 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday, at the offices of Wokingham District Council, Shute End, Wokingham, and at the County Solicitor’s office at the address given below.
