At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Huntington Moore, No. 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF, on 4th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company would be wound up voluntarily and that Guy Huntington, of Huntington Moore, No. 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HF, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” I.
