At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Northside House, 69 Tweedy Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 3WA, on 25th February 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Sara Elizabeth Dayman and Raymond Hocking, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” F.
