At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 18 Mansell Street, London E1 8AA, on 4th March 1998, at 12.15 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Finbarr O’Connell, of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London N.W.1, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” A.
