At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 171 Wolverhampton Road, Sedgley DY3 1QR, on 16th February 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that George Henry Wilson Griffith, of Griffith & Griffith, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield B73 5TR, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
