The Barnet (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (1997, No. 1) (Amendment No.   ) Order 199

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
  The general nature and effect of the Order will be to amend The Barnet (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) Order 1997, so that additional or amended restrictions are placed on waiting or loading by vehicles in the lengths of carriageway specified in the Schedules to this notice as part of the borough-wide waiting restriction review.
  A copy of the original Order, the proposed Order, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reason for making the Order can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at:

  (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ;
  (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.
