At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford GU1 4EU, on 19th February 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Richard Eaglesfield Floyd, of Baker Tilly, 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford GU1 4EU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” A.
