In the High Court of Justice Companies Court No. 5118 of 1997In the Matter of TRIPWALL LOGIC CONTROL and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up Tripwall Logic Control (a Partnership) whose principal place of business is 338 Upminster Road North, Rainham, Essex RM13 9RY, presented on 14th October 1997 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Croydon VAT Office, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 18th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 17th March 1998.
