Stopping-up of Entrance off Chainbridge Road, Blaydon

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Gateshead intend to apply to the Gateshead Petty Sessional Division sitting at the Magistrates Court at Warwick Street, Gateshead, on 31st March 1998, at 2 p.m. or thereabouts, for an Order authorising the stopping-up as being unnecessary for highway purposes of an area of approximately 80 square metres of highway adjacent to the entrance gate of Associated Cooperative Creameries, Chainbridge Road, Blaydon.   A plan showing the area of highway to be stopped up is deposited at the offices of the Director of Legal and Administrative Services, Gateshead MBC, Civic Centre, Regent Street, Gateshead, and may be inspected during normal office hours.   On the hearing of the application any person who would be aggrieved by the making of the Order shall have the right to be heard.
