PENNANT GROUP PLC RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from or interest in the above-named Scheme which commenced winding-up on 30th September 1992, whether by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part time employment with Pennant Group plc, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 30th April 1998, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to: PAN Trustee Services Ltd, 77-81 Bell Street, Reigate, Surrey RH2 7AN, marked “For the attention of A. Holt Esq” (acting for the Trustees of the Scheme). The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice at 30th April 1998, and will not be liable to any other person.
