Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 90(5) of the Companies Act 1985, to persons registered as holders of Ordinary Shares of The Norwich City Football Club Limited (the “Company) who have no registered address within the United Kingdom and who have not supplied an address within the United Kingdom to the Company for the giving of notices to them (“Relevant Shareholders”) that the following documents (being copies of the documents which are being despatched to Ordinary Shareholders in connection with and constituting the offer by way of rights (the “Issue”) of 141,197 Ordinary Shares of £1 each of the Company payable in cash at £18.50 per share on the basis of one new Ordinary Share for each Ordinary Share of £1 held at the close of business on 30th January 1998), may be inspected at or (subject as below provided), obtained on personal application by or on behalf of Relevant Shareholders from the Company Secretary at Norwich City Football Club, Carrow Road, Norwich NR1 1JE, during usual business hours on any weekday (Saturdays and public holidays excepted) up to and including 5 p.m. on 20th March 1998; the Chairman’s Letter, dated 24th February 1998, in connection with the Issue addressed to Ordinary Shareholders of the Company; and an Application Form in connection with the Issue.     By Order of the Board.
