Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Ernst & Young, 3rd Floor, Broadwalk House, Southernhay West, Exeter, Devon EX1 1LF, on Thursday, 19th March 1998, at 11.15 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of laying before each of the Meetings and account of the winding-up.
