In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Patti Pavilion Swansea Building Trust Limited (No. 2901045) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985, on the dissolution of the Company hereby Disclaims the Crown’s title (if any), in the premises demised by a lease dated 2nd August 1994, and made between The Council of the City of Swansea (1) and Patti Pavilion Swansea Building Trust Limited (2) situated at the Patti Pavilion, Victoria Park, Swansea, West Glamorgan, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 6th February 1998.
