At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Moseley Football Club, The Reddings, Reddings Road, Moseley, Birmingham B13 8LW, on 16th February 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Norman Cowan, of Norman Cowan & Associates, 96 High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5SN, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” P.
