Notice of application for a licence to abstract water
Take notice that an application is being made to the Environment Agency, Anglia Region
by John Evans Abrey, Malting Farm, Mickley Green, Whepstead, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk
IP29 4TE, for a licence to abstract 54.5 cubic metres per hour, 1,090.9 cubic metres
per day and 9,000 cubic metres per year between April and September annually, from
Tuddenham Mill Stream, in the parish of Tuddenham, in the district of Forest Health,
in the county of Suffolk between National Grid References TL 7320 7272 and TL 7322
7296.
The water is required for spray irrigation.
This application is to renew licence number 6/33/37/300/15 with no changes.
A copy of the application and any map plan or other document submitted with it
may be inspected, free of charge, at Hall Farm, Barton Mills, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk,
at all reasonable hours during the period beginning on 23rd February 1998, and ending
on 25th March 1998.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so
in writing to the Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE,
before the end of the said period.
