Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton intends to apply to the Bolton Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Court House, Civic Centre, Bolton, on 23rd March 1998, at 2 p.m., for Orders authorising the stopping-up of parts of the highway known as Back Rossini Street, in the Borough of Bolton, on the ground that the said highways are unnecessary.   The effect of the said Orders shown in the plans which may be inspected, free of charge, at the Reception, First Floor, the Town Hall, Bolton, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays (excluding Saturdays).
