Notice of application for consent for the purposes of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by D C Mining & Restoration Ltd., for consent to discharge a rainfall related volume of treated trade effluent to unnamed tributary of River Neath via Clydach Brook at National Grid Reference SN 8730 0279, from Nanty Glo Colliery Site, Mynydd Resolven, near Blaengwrach, Neath.   Any person who wishes to make representation about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 2nd April 1998, quoting Ref. RT/2Q/ RCEU/PG/BP0270001.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at The Environment Agency, Glan Tawe, 154 St. Helens Road, Swansea SA1 4DF. T.
