Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 16th February 1998, Permanent University of the State Texas and Board of Regents of The University of Texas System Common Trust Fund assigned all their respective interests in Electra Private Equity Partners “D”, a Limited Partnership registered in England No. LP3818 (“the Partnership), to Electra Fleming Private Equity Partners, whose principal place of business is at 65 Kingsway, London WC2B 6QT, each of Permanent University of the State of Texas and Board of Regents of the University of Texas System Common Trust Fund thereby ceasing to be, and Electra Fleming Private Equity Partners thereby becoming, a Limited Partner in the Partnership. 16th February 1998.
