Notice of Disclaimer under section 656 of the Companies Act 1985

In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor of the affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Raymond Kauffman Salons Limited (No. 01244390) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, on the dissolution of the Company hereby disclaims the Crown’s interest (if any) in 67 Eastgate, Hessle, Hull, the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 26th February 1997.
