Notice of grant of licence extension

Notice is hereby given that AGAS Developments Limited has been granted a licence extension from the Director General of Gas Supply to act as a public gas transporter under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986 in respect of the following areas: Forest Close, Chislehurst, Greater London BR7. O/S Ref. TQ 44 70. Seabridge Lane, Seabridge, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5. O/S Ref. SJ 84 43. Springfield Mill, Springfield Road, Morley, Leeds LS27. O/S Ref. SE 29 26.   Any person wishing to have gas conveyed to any of the above areas may need to be granted a licence under section 7A of the above Act. P.
