A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Poole Arts Centre, Kingland Road, Dorset, Poole BH15 1UG, on 4th March 1998, at 10 a.m., under the provisions of section 14 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the Meeting is to consider the Administrators’ proposals for concluding the Administration of the Company and placing it into liquidation.
