In the High Court of Justice.  In Bankruptcy No. 5512 of 1997In the Matter of SIMON JOHN CHESHIRE & AMANDA JANE CHESHIRE (the Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership whose principal place of business was Whitehall Hotel, Market Square, Llandovery, Carmarthenshire SA20 0PU, presented on 4th November 1997 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Cardiff VAT Office, Portcullis House, 21 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF1 9SS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 4th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1994 by 1600 hours on 3rd March 1998.
