Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of, and to resolve that the Liquidator be released. The Meeting of Members will be held at the offices of Moores Rowland, 115 New London Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0QT, on Wednesday, 18th March 1998, at 10 a.m. Proxy forms, which are available from the Liquidator must be lodged at his office no later than 12 noon, on Tuesday, 17th March 1998.
