Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Norman Cowan & Associates, 96 High Street, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5SN, on 23rd March 1998, at 1.45 p.m., to be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company at 2 p.m., for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
