At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Audrey House, Ely Place, London EC1N 6SN, on 4th February 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Malcolm Cohen, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of BDO Stoy Hayward, 8 Baker Street, London W1M 1DA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” L.
