Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Kakouris & Michaelides, 43 Blackstock Road, London N4 2JF, on Friday, 13th March 1998, at: (a) 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, (b) 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, (c) 11.45 a.m. and 12 noon respectively, (d) 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, (e) 2.45 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. A.
