Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Kidsons Impey, Spectrum House, 20-26 Cursitor Street, London EC4Y 1HY, on 16th March 1998, at 10 a.m., 10.15 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator, and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Companies in two years from the date of dissolution of the Companies. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. S. P. J.
