Notice is hereby given that Kent County Council, as local traffic authority, and after consultation with the chief officer of police, propose to establish a crossing (Pelican) for pedestrians under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers as follows:    St. Stephens Road, Canterbury, 12 metres south of the common boundary between Nos. 10 and 12 St. Stephens Road, Canterbury.
