Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Bourmemouth, of Town Hall, Bourne Avenue, Bournmemouth Dorset, the Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Christchurch Magistrates’ Court, Bargates, Christchurch, on 26th March 1998, at 2.15 p.m., for an Order that the part of the highway known as Valley Road, Bournemouth for a distance of approximately 118 metres be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary but that the stopping-up be subject to the reservation of a footpath.   The effect of the said Order is shown in the plan which may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council, Development Services Directorate, St. Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays to Thursdays (inclusive) and 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Fridays.
