Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of King Loose & Co., St. John’s House, 5 South Parade, Summertown, Oxford OX2 7JL, on Thursday, 12th March 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her, and such proxy need not also be a Member of the Company. R. W. H.
