The Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No.  ) Order 1998 Forest Road, Hainault, Additional Waiting Restrictions

Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
  The general effect of the Order will be to further amend the Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993, by extending waiting restrictions, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Mondays to Fridays, over the bay presently outside No. 7 Forest Road, Hainault. The proposed changes are intended to prevent peak time traffic congestion caused by vehicles parked in the bay outside No. 7 Forest Road.
  A copy of the proposed Order, of the above-mentioned Order of 1993 (and of the Orders that have amended that Order), a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours, Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Information Centre, Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex, until 6th March 1998.
  Any person wishing to object to or make representations on the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections or representation, and the grounds thereof, to the Chief Legal Officer, at the Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex, quoting Ref. TT/R262/241 by no later than 6th March 1998.
